Mk Timothy & Company AB (previously MK Timothy Holdings AB) and his subsidiaries, save with respect to any historical statement of fact when it shall mean the General Partners and/or Managers of certain Mk Timothy & Partner funds together with their affiliates, as the context requires.
Mk Timothy & Company
Mk Timothy & Company AB and his subsidiaries appointed as Investment Advisor (or sub advisors) to the General Partners and/or Managers of Mk Timothy & Partner funds.
PARTNER
An individual partner at MKTimothy Partners.
Mk Timothy & Company FUNDS
Various Mk Timothy & Company branded funds and any successor funds to such funds together with any other MKTimothy branded fund.
INVESTMENT STRATEGY
The investment strategy of the respective MKTimothy fund.
Mk Timothy & Company CREDIT
As the context requires, one or more of the Mk Timothy & Partner funds investing under the Credit investment strategies or the team of Mk Timothy & Company investment advisory professionals who advise the General Partners and/or Managers of the MK Timothy Credit funds.
Mk Timothy & Company EQUITY
As the context requires, one or more of the Mk Timothy & Partner funds investing under the Equity investment strategy or the team of Mk Timothy & Company investment advisory professionals who advise the General Partners and/or Managers of the MK Timothy Equity funds.
Mk Timothy & Company INFRASTRUCTURE
As the context requires, one or more of the Mk Timothy & Partner funds investing under the Infrastructure investment strategy or the team of MKTimothy Partners investment advisory professionals who advise the General Partners and/or Managers of the Mk Timothy Partners nfrastructure funds.
Mk Timothy & Company MID MARKET
As the context requires, one or more of the Mk Timothy & Partner funds investing under the Mid Market investment strategy or the team of Mk Timothy & Company investment advisory professionals who advise the General Partners and/or Managers of the MKTimothy Mid Market funds (including Mk Timothy & Company Greater China II, MKTimothy Expansion Capital I and II funds).
Invest in Uganda
As the context requires, one or more of the Mk Timothy & Partner funds investing under the Ventures investment strategy or the team of Mk Timothy & Company investment advisory professionals who advise the General Partners and/or Managers of the MK Timothy funds.
DEVELOPING COMPANIES
As used in this document, the term “developing companies” (and other similar terms used herein) are references to the overall commitment of Mk Timothy & Partner funds to supporting the development of Portfolio companies under their ownership.
Mk Timothy & Company funds invest in portfolio companies with a desire to see those entities develop under Mk Timothy's portfolio company corporate governance model, via the appointment of strong industrial boards who work with their management teams to determine, drive and execute value creation strategies; leveraging financial backing, experience and networks as appropriate.
